In 2015 I went to see Dr.Patrick Inveen in St.
Louis Park, MN. He is my primary care provider. At that time I was due for a tetanus shot and got one. About a year later I needed to make my yearly exam with Dr.
Inveen and was told there was a hold on my account for 40 dollars and was not allowed to be seen until it was paid but because it had already gone to collections I would have to work with the collections agency to pay it. I investigated further into the 40 dollar bill and the tetanus shot I received was NOT considered preventative care and I was charged full price for the vaccination. Because I didn't know this, nobody ever called me to tell me this, it was let go and never paid. Now I am not able to be seen by any provider including my primary Dr.
Inveen. I haven't been to a doctor since because I'm not allowed to make an appt.
I tried today to be seen by Dr.Inveen and was once again told no.
