Health Partners Customer Care Review

I sent in a $17 check for payment of an uncovered product my wife bought. They lost the check and I have made at least 10 calls trying to resolve it after sending in a check to cover the problem. They continue to ask for more documentation. They take no responsibility for losing a check and they're making me do all the work
